15.6.1922  Provizorní vydání - II. emise

S platností od 1.4.1921 byly podstatně sníženy příplatky za leteckou přepravu dopisů do zahraničí a ministerstvo pošt a telegrafů opět přijalo nejjednodušší řešení. Místo nových leteckých známek opatřit platné výplatní známky přetiskem. V úředním věstníku z 9.6.1922 bylo jejich vydání oznámeno jako "výpomocné známky letecké", v hodnotách 50, 100 a 250 haléřů. K tomuto účelu byly vybrány známky 100, 200 a 400 haléřů z emise Hospodářství a věda 1920 se zoubkováním ŘZ 13¾, autorem návrhu upraveného přetisku z I. emise leteckých známek byl opět F. Novák. Přetisky hodnot 50 na 100 h a 100 na 200 h v barvě černé a hodnoty 250 na 400 h v barvě modré zhotovila opět Česká grafická Unie v Praze knihtiskem. Stejně jako u I. emise se u všech 3 hodnot II. emise leteckých známek vyskytují přetisky převrácené, u hodnoty 50/100 h i přetisky dvojité. Vzácně se vyskytují známky 250/400 h s přetiskem v černé barvě, u kterých dosud není objasněno zda se jedná o zkusmý tisk nebo barevný chybotisk. I u této emise se vyskytují padělky ke škodě sběratelů, většinou na razítkovaných známkách. Náklad všech 3 hodnot byl poměrně vysoký: 2,65 resp. 2,72 mil. kusů u hodnot 50/100 zelená 250/400 h hnědá a 4,35 mil. kusů u nejčastěji používané hodnoty 100/200 h fialová. Platnost tohoto  provizorního vydání skončila po téměř 10 letech, 28. února 1932.
